We are a league where sliding tackles are strictly prohibited. Games are played weekly. Please make sure to register as soon as possible as registration does not guarantee admission due to space constraints.

Please read our rules and regulations thoroughly, especially about our Yellow and Red card system, play time, and fields.

During the registration process, you will be prompted with your preferred position (Foward/Midfield/Defense/GoalKeeper). Use the free text comment box for any specific requests, or suggestions. Also, you will be asked to acknowledge our pledge as we always strive to make every effort to further enhance our league. If you are a new player, let me know your skill and endurance, which helps to balance the teams.

FEE: $175. The fee covers insurance, league fees, referees, and higher cost for field rentals, especially with lights. In addition, last season, we unexpectedly played several games on turf as well. Subsequently, the fee will cover additional games if required.

Games are 45mn each half and respectively 15mn or 5mn half-time with unlimited substitutions

Don’t engage in a skirmish with any officials

Do not wear watches or jewelry

RULES

  • Substitutions:

    • They are unlimited and only allowed on throw-ins.

    • Do not substitute yourself by just walking off the field. There is a referee who manages the game, so please reach out to the ARs first who will advise referees whenever you need to be subbed. In addition, do not enter the field until the player comes off, otherwise, it creates great confusion and delay in the game. You may be awarded a yellow card by the referee if you are not announcing your entry to the field.

  • Stoppage: No players should stop the game for any reason, such as calling fouls, besides the referee’s whistle.

  • Cards:

    • A violation of the negative communication and gesture guidelines, as per the pledge, will result in a yellow card to the player, who will have to sit for 10 minutes. Consequently, the player’s team will play with less field players until the penalty is served. Half-time cannot be taken into account in the 10mn suspension count down. As an example, if a player is issued with a yellow card 5mn before the half-time, the suspension will only resume at the 2nd half, thus allowing the carded player to return to the field only after 5mn into the 2nd half, serving the 10mn penalty.

    • If a player is issued a yellow card in 2 consecutive games (not successive), the player will be awarded a one-game suspension.

    • Red cards will result in an immediate ejection from the game and a further 1-game suspension.

  • Games are played at a variety of fields in Lewisboro, Katonah, and Cross River. Our preference is to play on turf fields.
